Our's Importancy of Governance 
PSF is basically a non-profit services organization. That's why PSF always emphasizes on the establistment of Good Governance & equal rights in the implementation of all activities. The PSF also prioritizes the following issues in establishing good governance.

  • PSF always provide the focus on activities that contribute to achieving mission goals.
  • PSF Ensures responsiveness to stakeholders and constituents.
  • PSF serve the mechanism to plan for growth and expansion in programs and/or revenue sources.
  • PSF provides the clear management and strategic structure to ensure effectiveness & efficiency.
  • PSF ensures the effective use of resources-both financial and staff.
  • PSF equips the board and leadership to handle issues by offering clarity regarding roles and reponsibilities.
  • PSF Governance, along with structure and processes, brings clarity to issues of power and authority.
  • PSF's all process and structure depends on governance to succeed and Governance depends on constitution and structure to succeed.
  • PSF has strongly maintain that without governance there is no one to assume responsibility.
  • PSF always announces that without appropriate processes and information, Governance is only words and no action.

Direction Setting:

  • PSF Prompts the development and regular review of directioning statement.
  • PSF ensures adherence to purpose of organization through activities and decesions
  • PSF provides the system to adjust directioning or purpose of organization as needed. 

Control:

  • The a​​ll members of PSF's from the highest to the lowest ranking have easily carry out to their roles and responsibilities along with the extent of their power and authority.
  • PSF's control issues are very often quite delicate to discuss and often to implement, adjust or evaluate.

PSF always believe the control requires responsibility and without both (control and responsibility), neither will work effectively in the governance of an organization.

Decesion Making:
PSF's governance structure articulate has the right to make all types of decesions to prevent all stakeholders, staff, boards and the employee etc. from making decesions that are not theirs to make.
Involvement Levels:

  • Everyone associated with the PSF's has a specific role & reponsibility in implementing the work & activities.
  • PSF's all commitment is admirable but here is not permission for over-involvement or micro-management.
  • Because PSF's always believe that increased over-involvement in an activities that is not part of normal duties causes normal duties to suffer.

Governance Systems/Systemization:

  • The PSF's good governance system directly contributies to the performance and development activities of the organization which in turn influences the delivery of services and the creation of skilled manpower.

  • All the staff and members of the governing body of the PSF has always played a generous role in the development and evaluation of those providing services including participation in development activities in the light of its governance policies.

  • PSF's management policy always works openly for the development of employees, morale, performance and organizational culture.

  • The PSF Governance has always believed in institutional coordination, fairness and equitable equality.

Monitoring & Evluation:
PSF always conducts monitoring and evaluation work in the light of its governance policies based on the following issues. Such as 
a) Types of Program Activities
b) Evidence of related programs
c) Related Program Indicators
d) Program Performance compare to similar programs in other groups i.e-benchmarking &
e) Ultimately decesion making considering the level of program/work improvement.

The Board:
PSF's Board is a group of external people who collaborate to set the strategic direction of the organization, provide oversight and supervision to ensure that the management and operations are legal, effective and appropriate. The board is ultimately esponsible for governing the organization and holds legal responsibility for the organization and its operations.
